The purpose of this event is to provide Managers (HR and other departments) opportunities to meet with professionals in the field of talent management and development who can help resolve specific people-related issues such as: developing a flexible work environment, limit burn-outs, develop skills & competences, team building, and so forth.

Professional fairs are abundant in the field of Human Resources. They provide great opportunities to discover and learn more about new brands, products and services through their many company boots and presentations. On the other hand, business fairs lose in efficiency as concerns actual business development. This is why they are often combined with speed networking activities.

This event provides face-to-face meeting opportunities based on preassigned match ups. Each participant receives a customized schedule of meetings based on their professional interests and needs. We take the guess-work out and determine the best possible connections for each person to make.

To participate please fill-out the form below before the 15th of October 2016. Use it to provide information about your issues and needs and the type of service providers you’re looking for. Please be thorough. There are a total of 40 seats available for companies.

You will receive a confirmation email by the 20th of October stating if you’re selected for the event or not.

The selection process is based on your professional requirements and on the capacity to match these requirements with services offered by the service providers. If you’re not selected you will receive an invitation for other more suited matchmaking events.

After confirmation we will send you an invoice of €80 (vat excl.) to cover the costs of the event.

Register in the capacity of a service provider such as trainer, coach or HR consultant.

To participate please fill-out the form below before the 15th of October 2016. Use it to provide information about your services and the solutions you can deliver to companies. Please be thorough. There are a total of 21 seats available.

You will receive a confirmation email by the 20th of October stating if you’re selected for the event or not.

The selection process is based on your professional services and on the capacity to match these with participating companies requirements. If you’re not selected you will receive an invitation for other more suited matchmaking events.

After confirmation you will receive an invoice of €80 (vat excl.) to cover the costs of the event.

In addition, 3 service providers can give a 15 minutes presentation at no additional cost to all companies related to the day’s topic. As a service provider you can request to make a presentation using the registration form. We will then select the 3 most adapted presentations for this event. A presentation replaces 2 matchmaking sessions, but in exchange you can access all participants and display your knowledge and experience..

PROGRAMME

The event is divided into 6 sessions with two groups of 20 company representatives. During each round one group will be participating in the matchmaking session with 20 service providers, whereas the second group will attend the presentation provided by one of the service providers.

Thus, each company representative will attend 3 matchmaking sessions and 3 presentations.

Starting the event with a networking lunch.

Introduction given by the host and brief explanation of how the matchmaking process works.
Participants will learn about their respective groups, the matchmaking process and the 3 presentations.

During this first session both groups will attend their respective event.
Group 1 will participate in this round’s matchmaking, while group 2 will attend this round’s presentation.
